Description

The project is the result of many years of hard work by Kent’s very first Community Land Trust (CLT), involving Shepherdswell and Coldred CLT working in partnership with English Rural Housing Association to bring forward this site for development.

The development fulfils a critical housing need for local residents, providing ten affordable homes managed by English Rural, alongside three homes managed by WW Martin.
