Description

The development of 18 affordable new homes, located in an established area of Ramsgate close to the town centre

Previously a disused garage site which suffered from vandalism and fly-tipping, the transformed site features a striking new four-storey building consisting of 14 flats fronting King Street, and four two-bedroom mews-style homes located to the rear.

The homes were built using a traditional brick and block construction.
