Description

The Qube is a substantial building extending to over 2,930 sq.m situated on a plot of almost one acre.

Originally built in around 1880 as a malt house and subsequently used as for a variety of uses including a snooker hall and a nightclub, the previously abandoned building has now been brought back to life and successfully transformed to provide 27 residential apartments.

We provided both new build and the restoration of original brickwork for this project.
